• identity-verification information (PAN, government ID);
• bank or payout information;
• languages spoken and consultation availability;
• professional or marketplace profile information.

Note: Sensitive verification information (such as government IDs and bank details) is securely encrypted and never displayed publicly.

7. Identity & Advisor Verification

To maintain trust and reduce fraudulent or misleading advisor profiles, NoDalalTalks may verify advisor information using identity verification, PAN verification, property ownership evidence, or trusted verification providers.

Where possible, we aim to retain the verification status rather than retaining raw identity documents indefinitely.

8. Information We Display Publicly

Publicly displayed information to help buyers evaluate advisors includes:

• Advisor display name, verified buyer status, project/property experience, purchase year, languages, consultation rate, ratings, and reviews.

We will NOT intentionally display publicly: Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, government ID documents, bank account details, private phone numbers, private email addresses, exact residential addresses, or private consultation contents.

9. Reviews & User-Generated Content

Users may voluntarily submit reviews, ratings, questions, comments, and project experiences. Users should never publish another person's phone number, email, Aadhaar/PAN, bank info, or confidential documents without authority.

10. Private Buyer-Advisor Consultations

Information shared by a buyer during a private consultation is treated as private information. NoDalalTalks does not intend to disclose a buyer's private identity, contact info, questions, or conversation content to builders, developers, brokers, or agents for marketing purposes.

11. Call Recording & Transcription

NoDalalTalks only represents call recording or transcription as available where such functionality has actually been implemented and the applicable user has been informed and consented.

12. How We Use Personal Data

• Providing our services: Creating accounts, enabling project research, facilitating consultations, processing payments and payouts.
• Trust and safety: Verifying advisors, detecting fraud, preventing abuse, enforcing Platform policies.

Payments and payouts are processed through trusted third-party payment service providers. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on NoDalalTalks servers. Payout records are maintained for tax and accounting compliance.

16. Third-Party Service Providers

17. Builders, Developers & Brokers

NoDalalTalks is designed to provide independent buyer-to-buyer consultation. We do not provide builders, developers, or brokers with private buyer information for their marketing simply because a buyer uses our platform.
